I’m a writer and film critic based in Melbourne, Australia.

My work has been featured in a variety of publications, including the ABC, The Monthly, and Senses of Cinema, and on occasion I’ve also been found talking about movies on national radio and TV.

In 2019 I completed my doctorate on the directorial work of Crispin Glover, a subject about which I remain surprisingly enthusiastic.
